Seamless.ai allows you to easily export all contacts and companies into a CSV file in one click. This is a great solution to easily setup a bulk import into any third party CRM, email tool to anything where you need to get our data.
When exporting from My Contacts, Seamless.ai will provide you a Zip file that includes a raw and cleaned version of your data export. Below outlines this detail as well, but you can find instructions for how to unzip a file here. Most computers will allow you to very easily download a zip, right click and EXTRACT that file to unzip, where you can see your raw and clean files to use.
This download includes an export of a cleaned file as well as raw file for your use. The cleaned file removes any emails that may have deliverability issues (including Unknown and Invalid emails), while the raw includes all data that was found within our platform.
Below is a breakdown of email responses for your reference as you use the emails within these downloads:
- Valid - Email address for contact is valid. Seamless.ai confirmed this with live validation results and confirming deliverability.
- Invalid - Email address for contact is invalid. Seamless.ai confirmed this with live validation results. This should not be used as an email address as this will most likely not be successfully delivered.
- Unknown - Email address for contact has unknown validation. Seamless.ai will update this Email AI once it has validated this email address. Seamless.aiwill check back and update your My Contact record if we are able to identify an alternate response.
- Accept-All - Email address for contact may be valid. Seamless.ai has received notification from the email server that all incoming mail is valid. Seamless.ai will provide the most used (and most likely) patterns at that email domain and suggest the highest rated email address with a Total AI confidence score. Seamless.ai is unable to validate accept-all email servers and contact info is suggested with that %. We suggest using most commonly used patterns and high confidence %.
