What does this mean and how can I fix it?
If you see an alert from Seamless or if perhaps your CRM icons have disappeared, this may be due to an expired token. To resolve this, you simply have to re-establish this connection between Seamless.ai and your CRM.
To do this....
- Navigate to the CRM Setup page
- Click the box to connect your CRM
- Enter your login information to validate your ownership and authorize this connection
- This will re-establish that connection and you can now again import to your CRM in one easy click!
