Help and knowledge base to fix an issue
Some common extension issues can be fixed performing an uninstall/reinstall. First right click the Seamless.AI Chrome Extension in your browser toolbar Select "Remove from Chrome" and follow instructions to uninstall. Then simply navigate to our Chrome store page and install again.
Still having issues? Search for a solution or send us a support ticket (bottom right-hand corner) and please send a screenshot of the issue. We may ask that you take another shot with a view of the Google Chrome console
- Right click anywhere on the screen in your Chrome browser
- Select Inspect in the selection box
- Select Console from the flyout on the right
- Then reload the page
- Take a screenshot/share the information shown in that screen
Simply take a screenshot of your issue with the Console tab selected so the Seamless.AI team can correctly troubleshoot your error!
