Basic Package (Up to 1L):
Users can register for our live daily training webinar, Seven Figure Sales Launch, hosted by our Enterprise Customer Success Team, where we'll share the pro-tips our power users have developed so you can replicate their success on day one. Starter Package (Up to 5L):
Users can also register for our live daily training webinar, Seven Figure Sales Launch, hosted by our Enterprise Customer Success Team. We're also launching an additional webinar for Starter packages coming soon - stay tuned!
Starter packages get increased priority email support and can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pro Package and above:
Users on our Pro plan qualify for direct support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager so you can partner on strategy, help inform our product roadmap, and hold regular business reviews to go over results and best practices.
All users have access to our complete customer knowledge center and can submit tickets for support requests.
Looking for phone support? You'll want to invest in our Pro Package if you'd like to unlock phone support or screen-share with your Seamless.AI license!
All pro level users receive a dedicated CSM and have the opportunity to hop on a screen share with our technical support team when any workflow or technical questions arise.
Our app is built so that the majority of our users can adopt the platform through our training webinar and Knowledge Center and our support team is equipped to answer questions via our email above as well.
