Seamless.ai will provide you with full validation metrics for emails in our Email AI. In some cases, Seamless.ai may research and recommend an email as the most likely email pattern, but our system then finds that is an invalid email, and should not be used. Don't fret, there are ways that you check alternate emails to find a possible validated email. These have been outlined below.
Check the Name to look for possible alternate or nicknames
Click the contact's Name in My Contacts to quickly find if there are possible alternate first names to be used for an email pattern match. We will rerun research based on the updated name and see if we can find a pattern that matches with this updated now. For example, click the contact name, then in the Edit Name overlay, click the first name and Seamless will provide any recommended nicknames (or you can type and change it). Select/Edit with an alternate name and click Save. Seamless will rerun our research to see if that new name has a validated email associated with it in our research.
Update the Website or Email Domain
Seamless will recommend the most likely website or Email Domain for a company, but we may have edge cases where we incorrectly recommend either of these elements. You can click the website in My Contacts and it will open the Web AI overlay. From here, you can edit the website and/or email domain and click Save, then Seamless will then rerun research for that email address and phone data. Seamless will provide recommendations on alternate websites or emails that can be selected, or you can enter a custom input into the open field as well.
