How to use this Guide
This article will help make sure that your basic features and settings are in place, both to optimize your search results and ensure that your data integrates into the rest of your sales workflows as much as possible.

If you've already performed basic set-up, you can jump ahead to the 5 Most Important Features to Enable.
If you're the first person at your organization to use Seamless.AI, you can sign up and register for your Seamless.AI account: https://www.seamless.ai/.
If you're joining other teammates at your organization who are already using Seamless.AI, you can ask your org admin to invite you as either a Free or Unlimited user, depending on whether your organization has any Unlimited licenses available for distribution. The Five Most Important Features to Enable
1) Install the Seamless.AI Chrome Extension:
One of our most popular and well-reviewed features, the Seamless.AI Chrome extension allows you to search and find contacts outside of the app, particularly in LinkedIn and LinkedIn premium products. Click here to read a full user guide for our Chrome extension in LinkedIn.
You can install our Google Chrome extension by clicking on the link below.
While you're installing the Chrome extension, we highly recommend setting Google Chrome as your default browser for Seamless.AI. You can download Chrome here and make it your default browser. Our Chrome extension provides efficiency and high value for many of our users, so if possible, we recommend making use of it.

2) Connect Seamless.AI to your CRM and other apps:
Seamless.AI offers one-click integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot, with more direct integrations planned in the future. You can also connect your Seamless.AI data to the rest of your tech stack using Zapier.
First click the menu button in the top right of the app and then click on "Settings" and navigate to Connected Apps.
Next, complete setup of your CRM settings so you can select if you want to import your contacts as CONTACTS or Leads into your Salesforce or Hubspot CRM.

3) Set up your default lead lists
The easiest way to keep your Seamless.AI contacts and companies organized is by creating Lists that you can use to automatically sort them as you search and find contacts.
To get started, select 5-10 campaigns you'll be performing using contacts with Seamless.AI.
Then enter each campaign as a list in your dropdown under My Contacts.
Whichever list is selected in that dropdown when you search will automatically store contacts as you click Find or Find All, either in the Seamless.AI app search or using the Chrome extension. You can then filter your contacts by these lists for easy Export/Import.

4) Add Seamless to Email:
Add Seamless.AI to email to get sales emails, phone numbers and insights for everyone that emails you.
Additionally save any email signature automatically into your email search list here so you can never miss a contact from your email and auto-import direct dials, phone numbers and emails from every single email signature you ever receive!

5) Join our Affiliate Program and set up your Referral Code / Link:
Once you're ready to start spreading the word about Seamless.AI, you can follow these steps to join our Affiliate program. You can also learn more about our Affiliate program by clicking right here.
Step 1: Click your Seamless.AI options tab
Step 2: Click the setting option
Step 3: Select Affiliates in the left navigation
Step 4: Invite your contacts
Step 5: Invite by sending a direct email
Step 6: Copy and share your referral code and link with your network
How to Search and Find Leads Using Seamless.AI
Once your settings are in place, it's time to start building your lead lists and saving contact information for your future customers.
To Find Contacts using Seamless.AI

To Find Contacts Using our Chrome extension (on LinkedIn)
Find Contacts using LinkedIn Standard or Sales Navigator Search
Find Contacts on any LinkedIn or Sales Navigator Profile
And instantly have those saved in My Contacts
Set and track daily goals for lead generation
Seamless.AI makes it easy for you to automatically set daily leads searched goals that help you hit your target commission rates and remain disciplined to growing your pipeline.
In Settings>Income Calculator, you can assess your daily leads searched goals with just four values
- Set your own salary/annual commission goals
- Your average commission value
- Leads/Booked Appointment conversion rate
- Appointment/Closed Won conversion rate
Fill out those four fields, and the quota will automatically populate in the fields below
Pro-Tip: 10X your goals to maximize your results. Psychologically, this will push you to make incremental gains every day that eventually provide maximum results beyond your own expectations.
Once your goals are set, your lead total will automatically update every time you "Find" a contact using Seamless.AI or our Chrome extension. That total will also automatically update at the top right of your screen.
We'll also show you where you currently stand against the all Seamless.AI users on the leaderboard, which you can find in Settings>Goal Tracking. This is also where you can review updates on your current progress and links to pro-tips that will help you achieve your goals.
What's the gong for?
To celebrate your success. Whenever you book a meeting or close a deal, hover your mouse over the gong and give it a hit. You'll get a congratulatory gif, and an opportunity to share your success with your network to further augment the social proof of your product.
Pro-tip: Make sure your Seamless.AI Affiliate Account is set up before sharing your gains. If you have an active affiliate portal, your affiliate link will automatically be shared when you post. You can learn more about setting up your Seamless.AI Affiliate portal right here.
If you'd like to turn off the notifications you receive when other users post wins (booked appt/closed won), you can adjust those in your Preferences, right here.
Exporting contact data from Seamless.AI
You have multiple options for next steps on saved contact and company data.
- Download a .CSV file or spreadsheet
- Integrate your CRM for automatic or manual import (Salesforce or HubSpot only)
- Use Zapier to automate data transfer to your CRM
Downloading an Excel spreadsheet of your contact data
Downloading your data into an Excel CSV or spreadsheet is easy. All you have to do is log into Seamless.AI, go to your my contacts, and then click the download all button so that you could take all of your data from Seamless.AI and get it into your CRM, marketing automation platform or dialer.
You can also filter individual lists for download by hitting the filter icon, selecting which lists you'd like to export, and clicking Download Filtered.

To Import Into Salesforce/Hubspot
Seamless.AI allows you to import into Salesforce or Hubspot per contact, in bulk, or automatically. In Setting, navigate to CRM Settings and you can setup your global and import mappings for all contacts from Seamless.AI to your CRM.
Auto-Import into your CRM:
First, connect your Seamless.AI account to CRM first, before you set your preferences to automatically import. Please click this link and follow the instructions to learn how to connect Seamless to your CRM: Adding Seamless.AI to CRM
Once you have connected, please follow the steps below to set it to automatically import to your SalesForce
Step 1: Click on the Seamless.AI dropdown menu
Step 2: Click on Settings on the menu and navigate to CRM
Step 3: Click YES, to automatically import into your SalesForce or Hubspot instance
Connect your CRM using Zapier
