Inviting Your Users:
1. Login to your Seamless.AI account and access the account menu in the top right corner
2. Select 'User Management'
3. Click 'Invite New Members'
4. Enter the email address you want to invite and select which user level you want to assign to them (If they don't get the invite email, go ahead and have them visit https://www.seamless.ai and create the free account there. Since you sent the invite it would automatically assign them to your organization.)
5. Once they create the account it will appear in your organization and you can click the drop down menu under 'Status' to assign that unlimited license to them.
Bulk Invite Team Members
You can also invite your team members to create a free account (or use an existing license) in bulk by selecting the 'Add Many at once' option after clicking 'Invite New Members' like you see in the screenshot below.
Once you select that option you can copy and paste in your contacts as long as they are all separated by a line. (One email per line)
Please note: If you have stronger email security settings your invites may go to spam folders or be filtered out all together. If they can't locate the invites after they've been sent - no problem! Just have them then go to https://www.seamless.ai to create a free account and they will automatically join your organization since your invite had been sent.
