Seamless.AI is always working to ensure we have a fully functional and error free platform. However, at times things may occur that require some troubleshooting, or possibly even bug fixing.
One such instance is if you are using the Chrome extension and see the Find button showing as Retry. In this instance, there may be something wrong and could be fixed with some of the steps below. If you see the Find button on the Chrome extension state Retry (as outlined below), try the following:

- Try refreshing the page. At times, there may be something in the page load that triggered the error and a simple page refresh could resolve this, so the button will be fixed to say Find
- Try clearing your cache and hard reload - this could also be driven by some code that has cached and conflicts with the current functioning extension. - Try removing and reinstalling the extension. Perhaps you have an outdated extension that did not automatically update. Navigate to the Chrome Extension page and remove the extension, then click Add again to install the latest version of the extension.
- If you continue to experience issues with the button showing Retry, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the error message (visible when hovering over the Retry buttons)
